First, let me start by saying the food here is amazing! The best tasting Mexican food of its taxonomy. I experienced extremely disrespectful unprofessional service Sunday evening August 21, 2011 from the manager as a result of multiple errors on this establishment end. I called in an order for pick-up and spoke with a lady with a heavy accent. I acknowledged that there could possibly be a communication barrier between the lady over the phone and I so prior to ending our call, I advised that lady to repeat the order back to me to ensure we were on the same page. Once I arrived home, immediately I notice that the portion of my order, which was for my son who needed to be in bed within that hour, was missing. At that point, I quickly had my spouse return to the restaurant which was 15 minutes from our house, after calling the establishment and advising them of the error that was made. Once, the missing portion was replaced, we sat at the table to finally have dinner. To my surprise, my dinner was incorrect as well. I order a steak taco dinner with double corn tortilla (due to the weight of the meat and condiments, I didnt want the taco crumbling when lifted), onion, tomato, cheese, and cilantro. My meal was missing the double tortilla and cheese. Dissatisfied with the amount of errors in my order, after the lengths taken confirming my order was document correctly, called and asked to speak with a manager. Mr. Ernesto got on the phone, I explained to him what occurred, and he went on to tell me that there is nothing I can do, you should have checked your order before you left the first time and then now you call to say this. I explained to him that I had a child that had school in the morning so once I opened the order and didnt see his food present, I immediately had to address that issue and was not thinking of my meal as it appeared to be correct from the togo container. I also went on to explain that the only way I would have known if the order was correct, due to their method of packaging, would have been for me to 1. Pick up one of the tacos and/or 2. Took a bite of a taco. The manager advised that he would remake the dinner even though it would be costing him money or give me a refund. I asked if it was possible for someone to deliver the corrected dinner as my family had spent an hour in transportation to and from the establishment alone. He advised that he could not and that he would give me my money back. So at that point it was 830 in the evening so I asked if I could pick the refund up the next day as I was getting set for bed. The manager stated, NO! Tomorrow is a different day. I want nothing to do with this anymore and then hung up in my face!

Something should be done about the lack of tact, respect, competency of the head of this establishment immediately for he is not a reflection of the amazing food served at this restaurant.

Fun Friday night atmosphere w/ good food and a very talented band.

Very clean & friendly staff. Good selections. We enjoy Sunday luch and week day dinners. Great green chiles.
